Kiara Funky Ride

The ride was 50-50... since hafiz that nite told everyone that we are not fit enought to enter kiara after a long nite ride. However Mr Zul insisted n said sissy to those yang xberani. Hmmmmm... ok. Myself mcm malas coz i heard dorang ni tak terer technical... means they don't like handling the bike but only know how to cycle. Never mind bout that. So plan to get at kiara by 10, had our breakfast at Ismail's. Went to carnival, change my tyre. By 11 we went in.

We went in 2K n to tokong, met the free riders buat trail for the downhill race. Aemi told me to go to Puyuh Trail. Dorang pun kata on. Myself bawak je. So we met the junction where i've made a mistake. Tp that trail pernah masuk. So terkeluar at rock garden. Zul menyumpah. Dey Macha ni MTB.. Mau kayuh main road or frim je la. TAK ROCK LANGSUNG. Buat tak tau sudah. At last i made the decision to bring back to the peak and kuar the route to twin peak, n berjaya. Tho they are not happy with me. So a reminder to them, ni baru inside kiara, belum route to hartamas. If to hartamas mau dorang muntah. Afterall now i know dorang ni bukan 'Hard Core" MTBs. Not like my old gang dulu, Epul, Mizie, Aemi, Shakir, Alwin. Man they bring you to hell. No one complain since it is part of MTB. What i know is that is the last time they going to ride at kiara. Or maybe took them 1 year or more to conquer kiara.

Moral of the story, if u r not good enough, don't dream to ride at kiara. Hahaha sampai baling basikal. Belum masuk Tekala and Tanjung Malim or 'Jejak Mat Kilau'.

After the ride, i went home, it was raining. Abah called home and asked me to pick him up at Ah Yong. I went n guess what, he spent his money on his bike. Change the crank, brakes. OK.

Then around 6 i went n pick her up n go to 1utama, bought me a phiten necklace. Cool

Putrajaya revisit

This time only myself je bawak MTB. Yang lain semua bawak road.

My first Putrajaya Nite Ride

3 December 08, Zul called ajak kayuh. But then around 7, he said Putrajaya.
Myself like malas since dorang bawak road bike.
However, he said ade mountain yg join, which is wani, lynn n fendi.
Arrived at putrajaya around 9.30, rolling at 9.45.
Riders that nite:

Myself ikot zakir n awe, mak aih laju nak mampos, still mampu ikot with speed of 35-45km for 20km. Then we reduce the speed cos tunggu for the others who left behind.

Total distance 34km. Finished at 11pm.

KL MTB Carnival... the seeding.

I arrived around 2.30pm n took my race kit. Then, i get myself prepared, put on the race number and so on. My number was 022. And i'm in the first group. At 4.30, they called the riders to sign in. Most who participated are state riders, eg terengganu and selangor. Some from famous team eg Letua, Upnm n P2k. So my chance to get the top 15 is far from my imagination.. hahahaha.

As the race starts, i tried to follow the leader, but then till i came to 'lung buster', i was like 'damn, this is just the beginning'. There are few parts where i had to push my bike. Kinda fun tho i'm not in the top 15. I'm in the 25 position with the time of 33min. The first guy with the time of 25min n the 15 guy with 30min.

Report on Kayuhan Anggerik Shah Alam

So my geng,[ zul, lynn, fahmi, hafiz n sape ntah i dunno her name (hafiz punye gf) ], join the kayuhan anggerik which was held at shah alam. It is not CRITICAL MASS. Its just fun ride n therefore it is known "KAYUHAN ANGGERIK". There were many riders, from roadies to mtbies. Myself, hafiz, zul n fahmi pakai baju formal. Oh and t first everyone looked at us, like looking a freaking alien. I don't even care. Coz what i know, its not a race or training ride, its just a fun ride. FUN. So i wore what i want. N d owner of Bike Extreme, kak anis berkata "adik xde jc ke?, dtgla kedai akak beli". N what did i replied "kak, ni bukan race, ni syok syok punya ride, tak wajib pun. Kalau race baru pakai, tapi yg dorang yg pakai jc ni xmasuk pun race" POYO JE LEBIH. Daaaaa.

During the ride, the police pun bongok, bawak laju, jadi berpecah la. N the roadies igt race, yela xdpt wakil state nak masuk race jadi ni la peluang nak show off their performance n syok ada police macam 'Jelajah Malaysia'. Xpe xpe first time. Dimaafkan. Then after the 10km ride, they made another ride without the police. This ride baru dapat mass ride, slow n steady. But then the route was not busy at all. NO ONE saw this group cycle. To me the aim is to get the public attention. Maybe they'll change for the next mass.

So the total ride was 30 km. Org yg kutuk awal2 tu tertutup la mulut sebab kami habis the 30km n we r in the front. Naik bukit kami senyum pakai neck tie, yg berJC, pongeh, lidah dah jilat jalan. Hahahaha.

cycle that hill!!

evening of 18 Nov 08, myself along with my old man cycle to 'bukit langat'. We cycled from home. At the starting of the hill, from the traffic light, it took me 15 minutes to reach to the top. I was struggling since more than a year i did not cycle over that hill. There were also 3 mtbers who climb that hill, they were from ampang. When both of us cycled home, singgah McD. I ordered spicy chicken mcdeluxe. Yum Yum. The end.

Myself, Zul n Wan Rocco planed to cycle at nite around KL. We met up at Pelita KLCC. So kayuh xjugak, melepak minum borak-borak. Then there is a road race starts from dataran. No one knows about it, tu pun bro janggut letua bagitau. Then we cycle to dataran, yup memang ada road race. N zul decided wants to join the race n he also said 'malam ni kita kayuh doket je la'. After that, we went to bangsar, n met janggut. Borak lagi n minum lagi. Pastu bersurai balik la ke ampang semula dengan perut lapar.

Planned to cycle at kiara with hafiz ronggeng. supposely 8.30. Tp bangon at 9. He called ask whether on or not. On la.... we arrived arround 10. Start from the race track... climb climb climb. FUCK!!! Trail licin. My bike at last calar kene batu at 'lung buster'. We exit the race track at the peak n went to 'twin peak'. Climb climb climb. Then bila turun jumpe Yob and Aemi pushing their horse.. hahahaha. So they asked us to join them ride to 'flinstone and rock garden'. The trail pergh terlalu technical, with loose rocks. Hafiz tergoleh few times at the last one injured him badly at his knee. Tercampak tetapi dengan berbekalkan pengalaman, tiada patah riuk. Pastu meter pulak hilang, g cari meter but failed to find it. The we went staright to the parking n washed our bikes. Then we had our lunch and straight home. THE END.

ke kedai basikal....

so tergeraklah hati nak gi kedai beasikal, 'bikepro' at ss2. Kononnya nak register for the kiara race n potong handle kasi pendek, tetapi nafsu nak beli barang sangat memuncak! PERGH tgk road bike scott. I asked Lim, 'Lim scott ni berapa, lawa ni pakai groupset sram rival'. Lim pun jawab, '10,000 lebeh je, performance bagus'. Hahahaha i only smile je dengar harga. So, i fill n the form for the race n paid for the entrance fee. N i bought a 'nalini' tight, memandangkan tight ada 1 je. Pastu borak2 basikal dengan wong and lim. Habis la duit RM210 untuk lawatan tersebut. So len kali, nak gi kedai basikal jangan lah bawak duit.

7 Nov 08 - Bukit Merah trip. Supposely the plan was to leave uitm at 8. Disebabkan semua letih, bangun pun 8.30. So gerak around 10. Convoy 4 kereta. 17 lelaki yang 'gila-gila'. Sampai Bkt Merah, semua excited macam budak 5 tahun, yang game paling best is the 'boomerang'. hilang telur for the first time.

8 Nov 08 - Home sweet home. Leave uitm at 3 pm. Speed 120-150. Harap tak kene saman coz before this dah kene. Sampai KL at 7. 4 jam je tu pun berenti at tapah makan. Then hantar farid n salee. then wafi lee n que.

Did the 'Putera Umno' Jump at North Pole?

the answer is yes. I know many people said they did not, but hey i'm the one who holds the GPS (global positioning system). We landed using the helicopter at 90 degree.

Why did i join the expedition?

Hey, if someone invite you to go on a trip to north pole, would you say 'NO'? And the trip is paid for and you eventually can skydive in north pole which i had dream before.

SEGAMAT: Young Haziq Azlan has recorded more than 400 parachute jumps since taking up the sport four years ago.
The 19-year-old student, who has taken part in parachuting events in many places, including Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, in 2004, is setting his sights now on the North Pole.
He will be leading a group of young men intent on making a 1,000m jump from a plane at the North Pole in April.
Thirty-five young parachutists, aged 18 to 27, have started their training at the Segamat Country Club here for the jump, organised by Putera Umno.

“I hope to help the Putera Umno group parachute onto the North Pole,” he said when interviewed at the camp yesterday.
Asked if he ever felt afraid, he said: “I am always afraid when I leave a plane to make a jump. I pray to God for protection.”
He added that he could not predict the weather and the course of the wind during a jump.
For student Mohd Subri Abdul Karim, 19, from Sandakan, Sabah, it would be a new and challenging experience to jump onto the North Pole.
“I’m always scared in an airplane and jumping from one at more than 1,000m in the sky will be scary. But I want to do it,” said Mohd Subri, who is studying in Kajang.
Speaking to reporters, Putera Umno chief Datuk Abdul Azeez Abdul Rahim said the 35 trainees would be given the necessary skills related to parachuting before they leave for the expedition on April 4.
He said the chosen ones would be making the jump onto the North Pole on either April 19 or 20.
“The trainees would first learn to develop self-discipline and physical strength to enable them to become parachutists,” Abdul Azeez said, adding that they would come under the guidance of Malaysian Sports Aviation Federation vice-president Datuk Abdul Rahim Dahlan, who is also an avid parachutist.
Abdul Azeez said the expedition builds on the success of Malaysians who had made solo sailing trips around the world, conquered Mount Everest and swam across the English Channel.

PL3A Class Party!!! 11 Oct 08

So, everyone was told to be at Wani's house by 2pm and 5 pm. Saya bangun lewat, itupun apabila terperanjat dengan berita yang dibawa oleh Nur Ain selaku class-rep memberitahu iwan dan omaq accident, namun mereka ok. Jadi saya ditugaskan untuk mengambil satu buah kereta sewa. Saya pun bersungguh-sungguh siapkan diri dan mengajak Que keluar dengan segera. Pada ketika itu jam menunjukkan 2ptg. Jadi kami pun pergilah ke Gemilang 30 dengan harapan, malang sekali sebuah kancil pun tiada, terpaksa kami menunggu 2 jam, akhirnya kereta kancil KBG muncul menyelamatkan keadaan. Perut berbunyi menandakan kelaparan, kami tanpa was-was terus menuju ke KFC untuk mendapatkan bekalan makanan (zinger). Sewaktu di KFC, telefon bimbitku tidak henti-henti berdering kerana rakan2 yang lain yang bersepah disekitar sg. petani perlu dijemput untuk hadir ke rumah wani. After having my burger, i went straight to wani's resident. The girls busy with their cooking while maself perlu menghidupkan api untuk BBQ set. Pun bakarlah arang, namun konflik timbul apabila adik wani membakar arang terlalu banyak sehinggakan api marak tanpa kawalan, beberapa ketul ayam rentung begitu juga dengan majoriti 'hot dog'. Saya terpaksa mengalah, namun saya berjaya mengawal keadaan. Hahahahha. Selepas maghrib, semua masih sibuk dengan persiapan. Selepas isya, majlis pun dimulakan, dimulakan dengan bacaan doa oleh iwan, diikuti dengan ucapan ex-class rep, ong dan selaku class rep, Ain. Saya juga memberi ucapan ringkas dan memberikan Ain sebotol air ala-ala beer untuk merasmikan majlis, namun tak jadi, nasib baik ada spare dan Que dengan Honornya berjaya membuka botol tersebut. Setelah itu, semua pun makan. Makan makan makan. Sambil makan, ada pertunjukan muzik dari Farid Kun, Que dan Wan Arep, semuapun layan, dengan lagu separuh jalan kerana lupa lirik. Setelah kekenyangan, ada yang sibuk berborak, ada yang sambung makan. Makan makan makan. Bila sampai jam 10.30, waktu untuk mengemas rumah, semua memainkan peranan masing2. Sebelum balik, jam 11 malam, saya memanggil semua untuk ucapan penutuk dan discuss untuk trip balik ke UiTM. 3 buah kancil dipandu oleh saya sendiri, Alan dan atirah dan kami konvoi ke UiTM. Trip kedua hanya 2 kereta iaitu saya dan Alan. Semuanya selesai jam 12.30 malam. Perut kenyang dan semua pun happy!

10 oct 2008... busy day man!!

So, my class, PL3A was planning to organise a class party and jamuan aidilfitri on 11OCT08 and wani's resident. So, morning of 10OCT, myself, farid afwan, husna, wani & sara aisya went to buy all the stuff for the party. We went to Giant, Tesco, Central Square and Econsave! 7 ekor ayam telah dibeli at Tesco. Bout 3pm, we went to wani's house, basuh ayam, and merinate the ayam. Kiteorang agak kene rush sebab ada Pre Law Annual Dinner. Then balik campus, damn tired. After that, i went for the dinner at 'Cinta Sayang Resort'. Best!! The event was fun. Marsalee menang telefon bimbit for lucky draw. Yg paling best PL3A adalah kumpulan paling bising... memang kami 'ROCK' dan mendapat semua perhatian hadirin yang hadir. This is because our class ramai dapat Dean's List... FULAMAK!!! Bangga Bangga. Ismail's Aidilfitri Gathering

As always, the Ismail's family will hold a family gathering every Aidilfitri. This year, my family is the host for the event. Hahahaha, banyak kerja kene buat, but still it worth it. All the relatives start arriving by 3pm. My parents and i had prepared the house since morning. Before that, i went to JPJ to renew my driving licence. SEBULAN dah MAMPOS. Lucky angah call tanya lesen. Kalau tak buta je kene saman. Back to the topic, after Jumaat prayer, we took all the necessary things eg. tables, chairs, glasses etc. By 5pm, start bakar arang. Susah la jugak nak hidupkan api. By the time the API menyala, it already Maghrib. Then i went for my prayer, and Ajmal arrived. Ada la member, if not terpaksa lepak dengan kanak2 sekolah. DAAAAA. Then, its makan time. BBQ style. Mak punye daging 'WORLD'. Then, after the makan-makan, we had this family meeting. 1st is about along amir, every year nama dia naik. DAAAAA. Then its about Gem's wedding... i don't care less. Then Uncle Karim baca doa kesyukuran, n sedekah al-fatihah to all family members who had passed away (Atok, Wan, and few others.) After that, around 11, people start going back, and i along with uncle salim and redza kemas-kemas. Thanks a lot to them. So i have some pictures that i would like to share for this raya. Night ride 29 Oct 08

That day i was planning to do a night ride with abah, but after berbuka puasa, he told me, malas la. Then i called Zul, ask him whether he's riding. Then he said meet up at KLCC by 10pm. So, around 9.50, i left home. Reach KLCC around 10.10. I was riding Mountain Bike la, and guess what, Zul and Wan rode their road bike. Argh, tercabut la kaki nak kejar diaorang. So we start cycle to hartamas, then we rode to bangsar n went to Restoran Lotus next to KLCC. The ride was fast!!!! Average speed around 28-30. Maximum speed was 50 on flat road. Tercabut kaki nak follow roadies... tertinggal banyak kali, but they wait for me. Then we hav our drink, borak-borak and went straight home. Total distance for the ride was 40km.

Dan suka sangat dengan budaya mengampu

Sampai bila kita nak tunggu
Bangsa melayu jadi bangsa termaju
Boleh, dengan beberapa syarat tertentu
Pertama dengan banyak menguasai ilmu
Kata nabi ikutlah al-Quran dan sunnah ku
al-Quran yang diturunkan 1400 tahun dahulu
