Today, i sent my bike to bikepro. Want to service my fox fork, and to lower from 100mm to 80mm. Bila masuk kedai, ergh..... road bike... nak nak nak. Geram je tengok. Meleleh. My bike siap esok.

planning to go to class by bicycle.

Well i was thinking, that maybe i'm going to class by bicycle, except for monday coz have to wear formal. Coz when in form 4, i cycled to school. Jauh ok. Ampang to puduraya... so from seksyen 7 to uitm xla jauh. Y not kan. Since then, i think i wanna dress like New York bike messenger... cool weyh.
And i already bought messenger bag... it quite costly. Tapi stylo

PCC pres ride is back. Last year xde. I took part in 2006 n 2007. Its torturing thats for sure. Looking forward and i don't want to miss it. Care to join me? Lets ride!!!!

Shimano XT drive train

I just bought a new XT crank, replacing my old truvativ stylo which already torn out. Before that, i'd replace my old cassette to XT, then with a new gold chain by KMC. All together it cost me around 630+225+130+30 = RM1015.

Scout Trail TT

today, i participated for the scout trail time trial at kota damansara. 50 riders, all of em power, Lim Letua, Ice Cube, Ian Johnson, Selangor State Riders, Epul n lots more.

My number is 44.......... tayar boyor minit ke 5, in the middle of the forest. Haih haih haih! dah syok layan bleh pulak buat hal. Punye lah tunggu turn, TAYAR BOCOR. So its my 1st race yang tak dapat habis. So kat result - Haziq Azlan DNF (did not finish)

epul & alwin


Bangun la pagi Sabtu, nak kayuh kat kiara.
Sampai sana, epul and alwin pun dah sampai. Start dari carnival, gi ke tarmac, climb sampai simpang empat, then masuk 2k- layan technical, dah kuar dari 2k, naik twin peak. Pastu gi ke round the mountain, masuk rock garden- tolak basikal (tak berani nak kayuh atas batu sungai, GILO). Pastu dari rock garden exit kat flinstone, sampai la parking. Total ride 1hour.

After that, gi kedai basikal Giant, anta epul keje, breakfast dgn alwin kat maple sebelah Giant. Alwin hangar bengkok, so epul kasi tarik balik. Saya punye pulak, brake pad dah habis, kene tukar... kene brake pad XTR plak, tak nak kalah, kene la RM62, n tukar cable gear tambah RM5.

Lepak punya la lama, sampai lapar, nak lunch... time tu dah pkl 3, makan kat burger king. After makan, borak-borak lagi. Pukul 4 baru chow balik.
Petang pukul 6, basuh basikal, fork kasi gosok bagi putih balik. Then pasang new meter Enduro 8 kat bike ni. Siap!

After Friday prayer, myself n my dad, paint the bike 3pm.
Then, gi kedai Samy at Batu Cave, cari wheel-set, tp xde, so beli seat post n handle grip.
We have to find the wheel set saiz 700c... Kene gi kedai ABC at Sri Damansara.
Bela sampai, wow the shop.... OK. See the picture. Semua barang ade at situ. So the wheel set ade, tp have to wait nak kene buat. It cost me RM244. The wheel set took 2 jam... sampai rumah 9pm.

Macam-macam..

Today, my old man Road Bike, nak buat balik. Amik la that bike kat blakang, berkarat & berhabuk tak ingat punya. So baraikan basikal tu, sebab nak spray baru.

Petang, bukak Facebook, ade status kate result final dah keluar... so check la, So sume pun lulus. Alhamdulillah.

Malam, que call, Ja'a & Uncle ajak lepak, first gi KL international Hotel, jumpe parents Uncle, pastu gi pusing KL jalan kaki. Around 12 plus balik.

SUN-DAY

start with 12am- Got phone call from Que, want me to join him to Bar Club. I said, wey aku xde duit. Xpe Paan support. Ok jom. We went there, before that i went to mamak makan maggi goreng... lapar.

At 3am, we left, straight we went to NZ Garden. Then, Nadir came. Have some drinks, at 4, they sent me home.

At 6am, Abah wakes me, have to cycle with him along with abg Iwan. Town ride, we had our breakfast at Masjid India. Home by 9.30am. Total distance 35km only. Ok la tuuuu...

Then since xtido-tido, tido la jugak at 11am and sedar dah 5.30pm. Ok thats today.
