18- friday... gi mountain biking at kiara. Riders are jai setan, din santacruz, khalid, shah and me. Janji at 8am and tayar golek 8.30. When i reached kiara, i had my breakfast at Ismail's. At the parking, ramai gila mountain bikers from the north. 20 orang ade kot. So i called jai, dia baru mandi...pukul bape nak start kayuh. So around 9 jugak la tayar golek. Masuk 2K and twin peak and snake and ladder. Layan... huhuhu
After kayuh, i had to rushed back home, abah suruh ikot gi JB jadi co-pilot van jenazah. So balik terus mandi and by 12.30 dah kuar rumah gi hospital universiti. Then hantar jenazah to JB and sampai around 6pm. After maghrib, had our dinner and balik KL.
The best part abah panic on the highway masa minyak xde... exit at rembau and tak jumpa petrol kiosk. At last jumpa... jauh la jugak around 10km kot after the tol plaza. Sampai rumah around 12midnite.
19- saturday - Janji ngan shahrul naik genting masuk wind tunnel. So badan dah la penat kan dengan xcukup tidurnya sume. Suruh la arfa buat wake up call... ya ya mmg dia call, tp saya yang xbangun. Last last shahrul masuk bilik and kejut. Adeh malu betol. So siap-siap and terus naik genting. Ajar shahrul belly fly... nak bagi dia stable position and how to stay put. Susah la jugak... rasa nak ketuk je. Badan keras mcm papan. Ade video and took some photo.
20 - Sunday - ni yang paling susah. kena bangun pukul 4pagi sebab jadi marshal for Malakoff run at bukit kiara. Kuar rumah around 5 naik moto... hahahha punye la laju bawak. Then jumpe zul kat petronas jalan ampang. Gerak dengan dia... laju wooo cucuk dia 110km/hr. Sampai je sana, our job jaga water station. Igt senang la... rupanya sangat mencabar ye bila tengok runners rampas air... dengan buang cup atas jalan. Paling best bila meja kosong, kelam kabut bukak cup and isi air. Tp mmg menyeronokkan. Jumpa UiTM runners club and my classmate during high school Heng Fook Huan. balik rumah around 12 noon. terus knock out. Penat penat

piring aligator
I upgraded my rotor on my bike. From XT to aligator. The rotor is cheaper than XT and lighter. The shape also kinda nice tho.

on wednesdey (9 december) - i went to pick epoi janggut, coz he needs my help of bringing his bmc to giant sri hartamas for major servicing. So lepak there half a day. At the shop, borak-borak me, epol, epoi and nazim.
Friday(11 december) - had an evening town ride with ahmed shah and zkhalid. The traffic was heavy.. it was not suitable at all. Sorry guys.
Saturday (12 dec) - had an evening kiara ride with boss, ezlynn and adam. Met adam and ezlynn on the road, it was not in the plan to ride with em. But the more, the merrier. hahahahha

Kayuh Lasak 2009
It's my first to participate penang kayuh lasak. Thanks to epol janggut for selling his ride passport.
I left KL around 9pm on saturday. Picked up Lan Ducati at Duta Toll around 10pm. So we reached penang at 1.30am. Before that i stopped at R&R tapah for my dinner.
Place to stay was the Naza Hotel. Zul waited us at the lobby. Once got into our room, Lan Predator and kairul already knocked out. That time is already 3am. I planned to wake up at 5am. The best part i manage to sleep for 1 hour. By 5, i wake them up, had our bath, and straight had our breakfast. Left the hotel around 7.
Once reached, i called heero coz my passport is with him.
The ride was postponed about 15 minutes. Flag off at 8.45am. Well there are 6 check points. Followed adli ice cube... he's fast. Bukit bendera... and check point 4 is the killer hill. It's like 10km climbing at bukit bendera and another 5km at check point 4.
There's the 27 switch back... enjoyed it so much.
For my group, i'm the first one to sign out, at 12.50pm. Lan ducati around 1.45. Miss Ezlynn around 3. The first rider with all 6 check point is at 11.50.

All i have to say, it is tough ride ever, and yet i enjoyed it so much. The best part, my time was quite good. Looking forward for 2010

Bicycle day
Its Friday, yeap i went to Kiara Carnival Race Track... just to check on it. Plan it with epol.
But then, all these elite riders also turn up to try up the trail... meriah.
Letua, KL, Selangor and national team. Best best. Tergolek 2 kali. Tp gagah sebab awek KL rider behind me. hehehehe
N i sold my MERIDA. Its my 1st expensive frame. Bought the frame at RM1600. Today, i sold it to a chinese fellow with the price of RM1300 for complete bike.

Can't sleep
got a call around 3am. Paan ajak lepak NZ garden since dorang from Maison.
I went, well ramai la jugak. 3 tables. Still xpuas hati coz i did not go sebab tertido.

I woke up around 8am. Went to my dad's room ... 'abah nak roti canai'
Then he went n bought 6 keping roti. Harith n myself each 2.
After that, i watched 'Forest Gump' and then took my bath.
Then dad and i went to Kementerian Belia dan Sukan at Putrajaya for my scholarship interview.
Well, when i arrived at the place, i was quite nervous.
When they called my names, i just went to the room, there are 2 panels.
I think the interview went well.... I THINK
Once done with the interview, we went to FAM Kelana Jaya, have our lunch.
Done with that, we went to Bike Pro Racing to get my bicycle. I changed my stem. Cost me RM210.
Around 5.45pm, i cycled to Yong Cycle just chilling.
Back home around 7.
Around 9, i slept.
And at this moment i'm awake typing this.

on the bike again
after more than a month i left cycling... now i'm back on the saddle.
Went to kiara
Riders - boss, zul, teh, choy, hafiz, syaz, adam, azelyn & me.
Went to 2k and tokong, n to the race track. BEST! I fell from the bike once. Slippery trail... yet still enjoyable. After the ride, suria fm at the parking. They gave away some goodies. Watch adli ice cube fell from his bike at 'V' from teh camera. Pro pun jatuh.
Komeng and jai pun ada, but didnt ride with em. Just lepak after the ride.
Sangat syok la this time.

obstacle before i become a base jumper
friday - after friday prayers, i went to KL Tower. Just to watch them jump
Saturday - i wanted to do base jump. So i called en Idrus who is in charge of the event. All he wanted from me is reference about my skydiving. So i called upon some base jumpers asking for a favor, however, what i received was a negative one. I was so surprised that they can give a jumper who only did 48 skydives and he even cant stable during free fall can do base jump. While i'm here who already done more than 200, was stop from doing it.
So, a simple thing to do, is to ask my father who a senior instructor and also a base jumper along with en Karim who is also a base jumper and a senior instructor to become my reference. My father go and see en Idrus. My father was also surprised when idrus said that he received a negative comments on me regarding my accuracy and body fly. However, en Idrus agreed to let me do base jump. En idrus told me to come the next day, and he will train me.
Sunday, went to kl tower. Waited and waited till 1pm. I filled the form and went to level TH03 there i did my training. I received negative words from some M'sian base jumpers. Example 'he's stubborn, let him do it, anything happen than he'll know'. The funny part, a new base jumper with only 48 skydives also gave a negative comment on me. WTF!
My dad trained me. Jump as to hit the wall. Indian Base Jumpers wondering what the hell am i doing and i said i'm going to do my 1st base jump and they also was surprised.
At 3, i went to the deck, and did my jump. All people who were up there totally silent just to watch my 1st base jump.
When i landed, 2 base jumpers from US, hug me. Words from them 'Your exit was beautiful!' and 'Your canopy control was awesome'
From indian base jumpers 'u did a superb job'
All i can say is thanks. And i still remember at the edge of kl tower, en Idrus whisper to my ear 'ada orang dekat sini tak suke haziq terjun, pak cik percaya haziq boleh buat dan prove them wrong'

thunderbirds
US Air Force Thunderbird came to malaysia doing an air show at M'sian Air Force base in subang. Went there with my dear gf. Traffic... sgt sgt gem. And to find parking is another problem.
The show started around 11 plus.. 6 F16 flew. Comment on the show... HMmmm OK la. Not like awesome or something.... most of the flying pattern sama je... only 2 or 3 yang buat myself excited. Will upload the pics.
And time balik, stuck dalam tudm base 2 jam. Tido dlm kete n i let her drive. too tired

1st raya, pulang ke Kampung... Kampung ke? Batu Kikir, kuala pilah, negeri sembilan. macam bukan je... more to rumah pak cik mak cik. Not the so call rumah my late grandparents pon. Ok tp best la jugak sebab dari xde benda nak dibuat on 1st raya, ade la jugak memvisit relative yang berjauhan. Satu je yang xbest, hidangan sama je, ketupat, lemang, rendang.... tp satu rumah je best, dapat makan daging rusa with nasi... yum yum.

last friday, alwin sms in the afternoon 'bro tonite got any ride plan'. Aemi ade ajak off road at kiara. Tp NO way... lampu kene ade banyak. N its too dangerous. Then i alwin text, join geng bkt jelutong kayuh gutherie. Like i'm ON je. Later tanye Am due' roda, malam kayuh x. He said join Bkt Jelutung. STYLE....
Meet up kat due roda at 10pm. Kayuh gi RS bkt jelutong, gather with em. 24 orang. All of em bawak road bike except the 5 of us (amir, am, adip, aie and me) kayuh MTB. Amir rider m'sia dah confirm kuat. adip rider selangor, am dah memang kuat. errrrr.....

Meet up kat due roda at 10pm. Kayuh gi RS bkt jelutong, gather with em. 24 orang. All of em bawak road bike except the 5 of us (amir, am, adip, aie and me) kayuh MTB. Amir rider m'sia dah confirm kuat. adip rider selangor, am dah memang kuat. errrrr.....

fever + stress = DEAD
Boleh pulak demam hari MERDEKA. Tak merdeka betul rasa... ish sangat tak best. Terpaksa meninggalkan puasa untuk 3 hari...... sepatutnya lebih coz antibiotic untuk 5 hari but decided stop taking it. Class... hmmmmm byk terlepas. I'm lost rite now. Kat mana ekh skang topic ape ntah. Nak kene kejar balik.
Raya pun nak dekat.. Before raya ade BANYAK test. Euuuuuuuwwww sangat tak best. Kene study. Tp hanya cakap kosong, buat tak jugak. Tp kenape? Ntah i have no answer for that. Lepas raya, beberapa minggu FINAL pulak. Oh GOD save me.

Haziq suke kayuh basikal tak macam laki lain. Dah dia kaki bangku, kayuh la basikal. Tp, dia juga suke terjun dari langit biru bagaikan burung bebas terbang. Tapi u must have a parachute, or else u die lor. Rock climbing, suke gitu-gitu je. Tak terer la.

from shah alam to segamat
Sunday, as mentioned earlier in previous post, got MLS II test and replacement class. So i went, without enough sleep cos have to study (salah sendiri study last minute).
So the class ends around 12. So, in a sudden rasa nak gi segamat to jump. Call my dad, he said lama lagi coz the singaporian pun buat skydiving in segamat. Then i asked him, can i come. He said come la. Then excited. I called Atan, ask him to accompany me. Around 1 i pick him up. Then straight ahead to Segamat. Reach there around 3.15.
Sampai-sampai je, tgk abg iwan penat lipat payung, so i took over. Bulan puasa maaa..... Then abah kata, nak naik tak? Obviously la nak!
So for the last sortie, myself, pak karim and manang. Manang do a static line, while me and pak karim kononnye nak buat 2 way, terabur jugak since tak prepare. We jump at 5000feet. Btw ade video... huhuhuhuh will get it uploas a.s.a.p
Time balik, this 2 fellow english nak tumpang.. naik kancil je. Matthew and Chris. So have a chat with em, dorang pun terbongkang kat blakang. Sampai ayer keroh, bukak puasa. Then continue the journey to Bukit Bintang to drop the 2 dudes. After drop them, dah janji dengan atan nak makan kat nando's. So we had ours at Sg Wang. Then terus balik rumah and sampai around 10. Then tuka kereta, balik shah alam.

Can't skydive this weekend.... waaaaaaa
This week got skydiving in Segamat. Got 10 new students. So today, abah conduct the class, got 2 sweet Chinese chicks... huhuhuhu. Sadly, can't go... have MLS 2 test and replacement class. Haih. Sooo dissapointed.
RAMADHAN dah tiba.... puasa la.
Selamat menyambut bulan Ramadhan. Moga banyakkan ibadat, dan puasa penuh. hehehehe
PCC prez ride 2009
i'm in yellow
it was awesome this year. Bout 1200 participants registered. During flag off, i was in the front pact..... only in loop 1, which is about 25km. Masuk CP2, kaki dah buat hal, nak kram je keje. Menyesal tertinggal Menza kat rumah. Akirnya kram jugak kaki kat peha left and right. Still ride slowly, any hill i see, MTB- Mari tolak basikal. Before CP3, ade this marshall of PCC got pain spray... it helps. At CP3, met all my friends yang menjadi mangsa kram. Dorang terkejut why i behind them, coz i was in the front. Durh aku salah masuk trail... sesat. And my fren, Boss tayar bocor 2 kali. At trail loop 3, the hills are killers. That time, menyesal masuk, tido lagi best kat rumah. Tolak my bike slowly with jai and umar. Tp at last they left me behind, not that long jumpa balik dorang bersila tepi trail, kram balik. heheheheheh. Bila sampai peak at CP3, downhill..... sampai CP4, nak kata enjoy, NO!!!! too tired to handle my bike. Sampai CP4, tought of no more hill, tp there is one. Slowly climb till finish line. Sign out at 2.15pm. I completed all 4 stages. That time rasa memang puas.... tho ramai yang tak dapat habiskan all 4.

jangan la time dekat PCC....
Like durh.... why 15 and 16 ade je orang nak kacau saya?
At first, puan Su'Aida, my Malaysia Legal System wanted to do a test on the 16, sunday. It's during PCC.... NO! so i went to see her and she postpone it to 23rd.
Just now, received a call from UiTM Arau, they want me to come there, to be one of the panel for Sport Communication on the 15. NO! 15 ade paragliding comp at Bahau, and i'm planning of jumping from paraglider.
So far, i still manage the situation, though on the 17 there will be a test on TORT, a day after PCC. I hope i survive the endurance ride. Ride on.

Lots of people don't like me, but there are minority who enjoy my company.
How they can handle my attitude, i don't know, u guys have to ask em.
I dont really spent time with my friends, only on certain occasion, which brings benefit to me.
I LOVE CYCLING so MUCH & not to forget, SKYDIVING.... its way better than SEX. But still, sex is in the list.
So most of my time, i will be on my bike, or free falling from the skies... i mean during weekends.
There are people out there who cares bout me, and i'm glad to know that.
I do care bout other people. I'm sorry cos there are times which i have to let it go.

Tp manusia macam korang ni lah yang tak bertamadun, wey kenderaan bermotor la punca bumi ni NAZAK... Panas nak mampus, pastu korang tahu nak complaint 'malaysia panasnye'. WTF

KASK 50 Basic
Just got a new cycling helmet! KASK 50 Basic.... 100% made in ITALY. Bought it at Due' Roda Bike shop in Shah Alam. The price is RM600. At first, i want to get me GIRO atmos, but then it is no more in production. Then, in my mind, GIRO Saros or Ionos (livestrong), too bad no size and its too expensive. RM990. By the way, thanks to a friend of mine, who paid half for this helmet, as a birthday gift. Thanks Tirah. Really appreciate it.

Tuesday - demam. Coz for the past few days hujan... errrrr n gi Pusat Kesihatan UiTM. Ramai, have to wait bout 1 hour.

Thursday - class jugak. Mlm meeting uitm cycling club. Juwe took over the president post

the past 1 week..
hey guys, sorry for not updating... since kinda BZ.. am i? heheheh naaa because kat rumah S7 xde internet lah. So on the 5th JULY- i went for off-road cycling at FRIM with wong, boss, hafoz and few others... laju. seriously. Naik bukit steroid, Wong buat 3 kali bukit steroid, hafiz tergolek after completing his climb of steroid. Gamba nanti upload.
The suppose 1st day of class... MOnday 6 July. Bangun la pagi, terkejar-kejar, lucky baju semua dah gosok. Then, bila nak pegi, i call efberi and hakeem 1st. Dorang stuck in traffic. Then i'm thinking "mcm mane nak kuar, dah la lambat, japgi stuck jugak, so xyah la" So i xgi. Tp rupe-rupenye semua class cancel since all of my class on MOnday is tutor... lucky.
7 JUly, gi class naik basikal with OMAR, berpeluh bai! hahahha tp best cilok sane sini. Ade class CTU. Guess how many person turn up? 5 je. adoi.
8 july, huhuhu rabu. Ladies nite? no comment. Tp petang tu, gi bike extreme, tukar RD XT. heheheh now semua XT. Tip TOP.
9th july, at 2pm ade lecture, i went. Prof. Madya Siti Hajar. Shes ok, kinda funny la jugak. Her statement 'Diet to safe the world'. Malam tu, myself, ja'a, bun and daryl, ikot bdk umah ain, gi cineleisure, tgk cerita OBSESSED. Psycho gila bai. Dinner doket MALI kat danau kota, bapak jauh.
10th july, ade 2 classes. 8.30-12.20. 1st class is MLS II, Prof Madya Su'Aida. Ok i think. The second lecture is tort II, Pn Fatimatuzzahra'... uhuhuhuhuhuhuh bdk semua dah gelak. Start2 masuk je cerita pasal anak dia tanya huruf S. S tu ape mak, S tu slow ke?
So total conclusion, hmmmm macam-macam jadi. I'm single ady. Something happened like ntah la. Forgive and forget? Naaaaa

planning to go to class by bicycle.
Well i was thinking, that maybe i'm going to class by bicycle, except for monday coz have to wear formal. Coz when in form 4, i cycled to school. Jauh ok. Ampang to puduraya... so from seksyen 7 to uitm xla jauh. Y not kan. Since then, i think i wanna dress like New York bike messenger... cool weyh.
And i already bought messenger bag... it quite costly. Tapi stylo

Shimano XT drive train
I just bought a new XT crank, replacing my old truvativ stylo which already torn out. Before that, i'd replace my old cassette to XT, then with a new gold chain by KMC. All together it cost me around 630+225+130+30 = RM1015.
